About Us
Centre For Military Law and International Humanitarian Law (COMIHL)
The Centre of Military and International Humanitarian Law (CoMIHL) was established on 24th August 2017. It is a collaborative effort between the National Defence University, Malaysia (NDUM) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Located within the campus of NDUM, CoMIHL is set up for the promotion and dissemination, greater understanding of, and increased respect for the rule of law in all aspects of Military Law and International Humanitarian Law (IHL). CoMIHL provides workshop and training for military or civilian legal advisers, military officers and those from Government or International Organisations in the field of international humanitarian law (IHL) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC).
