CoMIHL Talk Series is an online events hosted by the Centre for Military and International Humanitarian Law (CoMIHL), National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) to discuss international humanitarian law issues, military law, warfare legal issues and current humanitarian issues by experts. For this series, the event is scheduled to run approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and shall comprise of the three core elements: introductory remark (10 minutes), lecture session (50 minutes) and Q&A session (30 minutes). The target audience for this series is the academia, human rights practitioners, policy markers, and students.
